About Figurative

Figurative is an independent miniature painting recipe app, on Android and on the web, in French, English and Spanish.

Why Figurative

You nail a miniature, and six months later you can't remember which colour went where. Notebooks get lost, and a note on your phone doesn't say which part of the miniature it is about. Figurative keeps every recipe layer by layer, right on the photo of the miniature, so you can paint it again or share it.

Who is behind it

I'm Clément. I paint miniatures and I build Figurative on my own, from Toulouse, France, under the trade name Nyters. My recipes are public on my profile, Aran.

What I care about

• No ads, in the app or on the website.
• The app works without an account and offline. An account is only for backing up and sharing.
• When no paint is close enough to a colour, Figurative says so instead of making up an equivalent.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app or the website, and ask for a copy of your data at contact@nyters.com.
• Figurative is not affiliated with Games Workshop or any paint or miniature manufacturer.

How Figurative is funded

The free plan stays free. Figurative Pro, as a yearly subscription or a one-time purchase, pays for hosting and development time.
